Cute Jewelry, Dirt Cheap!

This past weekend, I needed to run to WalMart for some essentials items and came across these wonderful little gems. Chyea I know!!!! There was honestly an entire section of adorable earring for $2.88 ranging up to around 5 bucks. I was in absolute aw of these four pairs and could not help myself they were a necessary addition to my collection. I love wearing my hair up at work, and I always feel like a statement earring makes a messy updo look that much more pulled together. GO CHECK EM OUT LADIES

A Charming Spring Lip

Good Morning beauts! So last weekend I had the pleasure of going to IBS New York (International Beauty Show) at the Jacob Javitz Center. I picked up a bunch of new goodies that I need to share with you, however that haul will have to wait. Overall, this was one of my favorite finds, and am excited as hell to wear it this coming spring!

Okay so I found this lip liner no named at a makeup booth that was some sort of  “name your own” makeup company. Basically salons or distributors can buy makeup wholesale with no name on it so they can brand it themselves. I absolutely died when I found this perfect mauve color. It defiantly resembles the Kylie lip for sure, but is a little more purple than a brown mauve. I bought two more great spring colors but this one really stole the show for me.

I LOVE these liner from this no name brand. They are super creamy and go on matte and really last the entire day long. In the selfie at the top of this post I wore the “charm” shade all over my lips. I ate two sandwiches a yogurt and drank coffee all day at the salon and no lie had a full lip on the way home from work at ten o clock at night. GET ON THIS GIRL

It’s Official…Licensed Cosmetologist!

It’s honestly one of the best feelings in the world when you can say you’re legit. I received my Cosmetology License from New jersey in the mail FINALLY.  I waited over six months after I scheduled my exam date to go to my Practical Exam because the State Board had placed testing on “hold” because some girl in Jersey decided to attempt to sue the board. No joke… ANYWAY point of the matter is hard work and dedication pay off… It took two and a half weeks to recieve my license in the mail after the practical so don’t get nervous it shall come beauties!

Good morning betches… So yesterday I was doing some research online to find some nice cheap products or dupes that I could try out and pass the word onto other beauty bloggers out there.

Alot of you have already tried OR heard of the NYC liquid liner. This product has been raved about by some of my favorite vloggers, such as Desi Perkins. Shout out to Desi for introducing me to this ULTIMATE liner. You go girlfriend. If you have not already, go watch her videos on YouTube. It’s necessary.

At first, I was hesitant to buy this product because cheap liners and I do not have such a great track record. However, it was only 2.99 in CVS so I figured what the hell. I was so so pleasantly surprised by its ease of application. The tip is super thin and makes it easy to make that flick at the wing of your liner for a crisp line. If you aren’t to experienced at liquid liner it could take a few tries and Amy Winehouse looks to get used to, but trust me it will eventually get easier and you will find what works best for you.

GO OUT AND BUY THIS PRODUCT IT DEFINITELY IS WORTH TRYING FOR $2.99!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cover Dem Scars Girl!

So I too just like most of the girls in their early twenties stress the fuck out. Not just about work or bills or that new pair of boots I must have, but everyday things too. Therefore, I’ve been on the hunt for years now to find the ultimate acne scar cover up.

You may be that girl who legit goes to sleep with her makeup on and still has never had a pimple in your life – well this post is not for you honey. However you too may have imperfections you want to cover!!

ANYWAY I have decided to go ahead and buy the “Glamoflauge” heavy duty concealer by Hard Candy from Walmart, because it runs cheaper than then on Amazon. I bought it for six bucks I believe, and it came with a shit concealer pencil as well. I decided to go with the light because I am very fair with yellow tones.

• build-able
• good tone

HOWEVER… I was disappointed to find out that this product started caking towards the end of the day at the salon. It sort of started just looking all smudged and spongy  looking where I had applied it, and I kept finding myself attempting to re-blend it in. It is a super heavy consistency so you can imagine trying to do a quick fix blend with your fingers in between clients.
